Simax Specialty Rod

Simax borosilicate specialty rods include triangles, rectangles and crescent shaped half rods. All of these specialty rods are 1500mm long +/- 5mm, have cut rather than polished ends, and are suited for a variety of applications, especially artistic. The defining dimensions of each shape are measured and listed in millimeters as follows: the triangular rod dimension refers to one side of the equilateral shape. The crescent shaped half rod’s dimension refers to the length of its flat side – what is essentially the diameter of a full round rod. And the rectangular Simax borosilicate glass rod has the x and y, the width and height, listed.
